研究目的：

Provisional stenting(PS)的策略，即根据主支植入支架后看分支受累情况决定是否分支植入支架，是全球普遍认可的一种优化的治疗分叉病变的策略。但是，主支钙化对分支开口的影响与普通斑块不同。具有较高的分支闭塞率。本研究回顾性观察分叉病变介入治疗中行单支架术的患者，并随访观察其远期预后。探讨分叉病变，主支钙化行单支架术后，对于分支远期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Provisioanl stenting (PS) strategy is an ideal strategy for coronary bifurcation lesion all over the world. Side branch has high occlusion when main vessel calcification. Our clinical trail is an retrospective observational study. This trail will investigate the long-term folow up of side branch post stent of main vessles.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.小于一周的急性心肌梗死
2.心源性休克
3.冠状动脉支架植入术后
4.冠状动脉旁路移植术后
5.使用金属裸支架
6.使用球囊与支架对吻技术
7.患者已经参与另一项临床研究
8.合并恶性肿瘤或预期寿命小于1年
9.合并其他器官严重的功能衰竭
10.慢性完全闭塞病变

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute myocardial infarction;
2. cardiac shock;
3. in-stent restenosis;
4. post CABGA;
5. use bare mental stent;
6. use Paclitaxel drug eluting stent kissing;
7. patient enrolled in another trail;
8. predictive life less than 1 year;
9. combined with other organs function failure;
10. chronic total occluted lesion.
