研究目的：

1.探究甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑和右美托咪啶在ICU机械通气患者的应用的有效性和安全性； 2.比较甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑和右美托咪啶用于ICU机械通气患者体内ACTH、C-P含量反映的应激水平； 3.探究甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑和右美托咪定对ICU机械通气患者的脑认知功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the efficacy and safety of remazolam toluenesulfonic acid and dexmedetomidine in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. 2. The stress levels of ACTH and C-P in ICU patients treated with remazolam toluenesulfonate and dexmedetomidine were compared. 3. To explore the effects of remazolam toluenesulfonate and dexmedetomidine on brain cognitive function in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳；
2.有酒精或药物滥用史的患者；
3.无需镇静、镇痛治疗病人；
4.心动过缓(II/III 度房室传导阻滞)、右束支传导阻滞；
5.24 小时内接受 2 种或更多种镇静或镇痛药物；
6.对瑞马唑仑、右美托咪定或瑞芬太尼过敏的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding;
2. Patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse;
3. Patients without sedation and analgesia;
4. Bradycardia (DEGREE II/III Atrioventricular block), right bundle branch block;
5. Receiving 2 or more sedative or analgesic drugs within 24 hours;
6. Patients allergic to remazolam, dexmedetomidine, or remifentanil.
