探讨右美托咪定与乌司他丁联合使用对腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者术后肠道功能恢复质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with ulinastatin on postoperative recovery quality of intestinal function in patients undergoing colorectal-carcinoma surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往腹部手术史；
2. 存在可干扰实验结果的任何其他疾病或病理情况；
3. 明确对研究的药物过敏；
4. 凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous abdominal surgery;
2. Patients with any other diseases or pathological conditions that may interfere with the experimental results;
3. Identify the patients who are allergic to the study drug;
4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction.
