研究目的：

阐明牛磺酸乳清蛋白粉干预对老年轻度认知障碍患者认知功能的作用效果。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of taurine whey protein powder on cognitive function of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 脑部肿瘤；
2. 帕金森病；
3. 有严重或不稳定的其他内科疾病可影响脑功能或影响对认知功能评价；
4. 3个月内有急性脑血管疾病史；
5. 目前诊断为活动性癫痫；
6. 基线调查时被诊断为痴呆患者；
7. 有严重感知觉障碍，使不能完成认知功能测定者；
8. 有抑郁、狂躁、谵妄、焦虑等精神疾病史；
9. 严重肝肾功能障碍者；
10. 伴有糖尿病并发症者；
11. 3个月内使用治疗MCI药物或含有干预物主要功效成分的保健食品。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Brain tumors;
2. Parkinson's disease;
3. Serious or unstable other medical diseases can affect brain function or affect the evaluation of cognitive function;
4. Have a history of acute cerebrovascular disease within 3 months;
5. Currently diagnosed as active epilepsy;
6. Dementia was diagnosed at baseline;
7. People with severe sensory and perceptual impairment, so that they can not complete the measurement of cognitive function;
8. have a history of depression, mania, delirium, anxiety and other mental diseases;
9. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
10. Those with diabetic complications;
11. Use MCI drugs or health food containing the main active ingredients of the intervention within 3 months.
