研究目的：

1.探讨胃癌术后患者的营养知识储备情况以及住院期间以及出院之后希望得到的营养相关的信息。 2.以患者为中心，问题为导向，营养科学为支撑，制定胃癌术后患者营养教育手册。 3.基于知信行理论进行营养教育，全面评估患者营养状况，以提高胃癌患者膳食营养知识储备、自我膳食管理和监督，建立并强化科学的膳食营养行为。 4.探讨基于知信行的营养教育在胃癌胃大部切除患者中的应用效果，并评价知信行问卷和营养教育手册的可行性、有效性,为改善胃癌初诊患者的营养状况提供部分参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the nutritional knowledge reserve of gastric cancer patients after surgery and the nutrition-related information they hope to get during hospitalization and after discharge. 2. Formulate a nutrition education manual for patients after gastric cancer surgery with patient-centered, problem-oriented and nutritional science as the support. 3. Conduct nutrition education based on knowledge, attitude and practice theory, comprehensively evaluate the nutritional status of patients, so as to improve the dietary nutrition knowledge reserve, self-dietary management and supervision of patients with gastric cancer, and establish and strengthen scientific dietary nutrition behavior. 4. To explore the effect of nutrition education based on knowledge, attitude and practice in patients with gastric cancer undergoing subtotal gastrectomy, and to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of knowledge, attitude and practice questionnaire and nutrition education manual, so as to provide partial reference for improving the nutritional status of newly diagnosed patients with gastric cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心、肾、肝等重要脏器有严重功能疾病；
2.伴有远处转移或合并其他肿瘤者；
3.恶病质；
4.不能经口进食者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious functional diseases of the heart, kidney, liver and other important organs;
2. Patients with distant metastasis or other tumors;
3. Cachexia;
4. Can not eat orally.
