研究目的：

本研究旨在发展一个学校为基础的青少年超重肥胖防控的综合干预项目，并采用集群随机对照实施干预方案，评价干预的可行性和有效性，为我国今后开展儿童青少年肥胖干预及健康促进项目提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aims to develop a school-based multicomponent intervention program for the prevention and control of overweight and obesity among adolescents through a cluster randomized controlled trial design. The feasibility and efficacy of the intervention will be assessed, and implication for future obesity prevention and health promotion among children and adolescents in China will be provided.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在精神类疾病或其他影响饮食运动行为的健康问题;
2.近期计划迁出当地或长期外出（半年及以上）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is mental illness or other health problems affecting diet and exercise behavior;
2.Having a migration plan in the near future or going out for long time (six months or more).
