研究目的：

本课题以医疗大数据为基础，采用大数据统计分析和实际病例验证的方法，开展面向急性脑卒中的不同中医证型分析，以及体外血液净化治疗的疗效与预后的数据分析技术研究，包括对脑卒中的特征提取、不同中医证型早期征兆识别以及高危人群甄别的数据分析方法与技术，同时探讨不同中医证型的脑卒中及合并症转归的数据特征及不同中医证型脑卒中体外血液净化治疗的治疗效果与预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The study will conduct a real world study based big data analysis, to research the characteristics of TCM and western medicine diagnosis and treatment（including extracorporeal plasmapheresis） of acute ischemic stroke, including features extraction and early identification method of TCM Syndrome Types in acute ischemic stroke, patients in high risk identification and the relationship between TCM Syndrome Types and the effect and outcome of extracorporeal plasmapheresis in acute ischemic stroke treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）由于共病的存在预计生存期不足6个月者；
（2）3个月内正在参加其他临床研究者；
（3）严重意识障碍者或合并精神疾患而不能配合的患者；
（4）医生认为不宜参加本研究的患者；
（5）有出血倾向者或严重凝血功能障碍者（包括孕妇等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Life expectancy less than 6 months due to comorbidities;
2. Still in other clinical trial in 3 months;
3. Serious disturbance of consciousness or psychiatric patients, unable to cooperate;
4. Consider as unsuitable to the study by physicians;
5. Has a bleeding tendency or severe coagulation disorders(including pregnant women).
