研究目的：

探讨氨茶碱对七氟醚麻醉下罗库溴铵残余肌松恢复的影响，为临床全麻肌松拮抗模式和药物选择提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of aminophylline on recovery from residual neuroblockade of rocuronium under sevoflurane anesthesia. And to provide the basis for muscle relaxant antagonist mode and drug choice in clinical.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重肝肾功能障碍、水电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡；②严重贫血、低蛋白血症；③严重低氧血症；④严重高血压、心律失常；⑤甲状腺功能亢进；⑥神经肌肉疾病；⑦有胃肠溃疡病史、活动性消化道溃疡；⑧癫痫及精神病；⑨对氨茶碱过敏；⑩孕妇及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe fluid and electrolyte disorder, severe acid-base imbalance;
2. Severe anemia, severe hypoproteinemia;
3. Severe hypoxemia;
4. Severe hypertension, severe arrhythmia;
5. Hyperthyroidism;
6. Neuromuscular disease;
7. With history of gastric ulcer, active peptic ulce;
8. Epilepsy and psychosis;
9. Allergic to aminophylline;
10. Pregnancy and lactation.
