研究目的：

观察组织再生膜修复鼻黏膜缺损的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the safety and effecacy of the tissue regeneration membrane to repair defects of nasal mucosa.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

I型胶原 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Type I collegen. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重肝肾功能障碍、代谢综合症、心血管疾病等全身疾病不能耐受手术者；
2.妊娠期或哺乳期的女性以及计划在研究期间妊娠的患者；
3.对胶原产品过敏者；
4.长期使用免疫抑制剂者；
5.不能耐受全身麻醉的患者；
6.有精神性疾病或精神异常者；
7.依从性差，无法按期完成随访者；
8.有外科手术禁忌症患者；
9.其他经研究者判定不符合入选条件的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease such as systemic disease cannot tolerate surgery;
2. During pregnancy or lactation women and patients with plan of pregnancy during the study period;
3. Allergy of collagen products;
4. The long-term use of immune inhibitor;
5. Can't tolerance of patients with general anesthesia;
6. With mental illness or mental abnormal;
7. Poor compliance, can't do with according to the visitor;
8 patients with surgical contraindication;
9. Other researchers determine does not comply with the conditions of patients.
