研究目的：

通过提取实体瘤患者肿瘤组织gp96抗原肽复合物，体外致敏DC（GPDC），腋窝皮下注射，观察该治疗方法的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The safety and efficacy of the treatment were observed by subcutaneous injection of GPDC that gp96 antigen peptide complex was extracted from tumor tissues of patients with solid tumor and in vitro sensitized DC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴有严重肝肾功能不全或心衰的患者；
2. 伴有自身免疫学疾病，需要全身使用免疫抑制剂或激素治疗的患者；
3. 患者出现不可耐受的副反应，或出现严重不良事件；
4. 凝血功能异常（INR>1.5×ULN、APTT>1.5×ULN），具有出血倾向者或有活动性出血患者；
5. 有活跃的脑转移病灶；
6. 肿瘤组织﹤6g，无法制备gp96抗原肽复合物；
7. gp96抗原肽复合物制备过程发生污染（包括细菌、病毒、真菌等）；
8. DC提取和体外致敏DC过程发生污染（包括细菌、病毒、真菌等）；
9. 未按照实验要求储存、运输gp96抗原肽复合物或DC；
10. 患者自愿退出本实验；
11. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
12. 其他经治医师认为不适合纳入的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction or heart failure;
2. patients with autoimmune disease that need for systemic use of immunosuppressive agents or hormone therapy;
3. patients experienced adverse reactions, or serious adverse events;
4. abnormal coagulation function (INR>1.5 * ULN, ULN * APTT>1.5), with bleeding tendency or active bleeding patients;
5. there are active brain metastases;
6. tumor tissue < 6g, unable to prepare gp96 antigen peptide complex;
7. Contamination occurred during gp96 antigen peptide complex preparation(including bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.);
8. Contamination occurred during DC extraction or in vitro sensitization DC(including bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.);
9. storage transport of gp96 antigen peptide complex or DC is not in accordance with the requirements of the experiment;
10. patients voluntarily withdraw from this study;
11. pregnant or lactating women;
12. Other treating physician believes the patient is not fit for inclusion.
