研究目的:

对肝硬化门静脉高压症患者增强CT、超声、流体力学模型及一般临床资料等进行分析,通过混合现实技术(MR)辅助构建生物流体力学计算模型,无创预测患者肝静脉压力压力梯度(HVPG)。同时MR还可指导门静脉高压手术,为肝硬化门静脉高压症患者的诊断及治疗提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of the study is to introduce a novel non-invasive method to calculate Hepatic Venous Pressure Gradient (HVPG) by using the biofluidic mechanics assisted with hybrid reality technology (MR) technique. At the same time, MR can be used to guide the operation of portal hypertension. The MR could provide new ideas for the diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 怀孕或者哺乳期的患者;
2. 凝血功能、心功能、肺功能严重异常或一般情况较差的患者;
3. 肝静脉、门静脉、肠系膜静脉血栓患者;
4. 肝恶性肿瘤或肝功能失代偿(Child C 或 MELD > 25)患者;
5. 碘过敏患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
2. Patients with serious abnormalities in coagulation, cardiac function, pulmonary function, or poor general condition;
3. Patients with thrombosis in hepatic vein, portal vein, and mesenteric vein;
4. Patients with hepatic malignancy or decompensated liver function (Child C or MELD > 25);
5. Patients with iodine allergy.
