研究目的：

1. 主要目的：研究预防性使用抗生素能否降低胆道梗阻受试者EUS-BD术后感染相关并发症的发生率； 2. 次要目的：研究预防性使用抗生素对不同梗阻原因和操作方式术后感染发生率的影响；研究预防性使用抗生素是否增加药物相关不良反应（药物过敏、病原体耐药、二重感染）发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: To investigate whether antibiotic prophylaxis in the EUS-BD of obstructive jaundice reduces infection-related complications compared to the same procedure without antibiotic prophylaxis; 2. Secondary objective: To investigate the influence of antibiotic prophylaxis in obstructive jaundice with different causes and undertake different procedures; To investigate whether antibiotic prophylaxis increases the incidence of secondary effects related to the use of prophylactic antibiotics (allergic reactions, drug resistance, and secondary infections).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有凝血功能障碍、心肺功能障碍等无法接受内镜下操作者；
2. 头孢菌素过敏者；
3. 合并急性胆管炎、菌血症、败血症等感染征象者；
4. 怀孕或哺乳期；
5. 不同意参与试验或拒绝签署知情同意书者；
6. 由研究者判断为不合作者；
7. 本研究团队中专家判断不能行EUS-BD者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with coagulation disorders and/or cardiopulmonary insufficiency and unable to take endoscopic procedures;
2. Patients who are allergic to cephalosporin;
3. Patients with acute cholangitis, bacteremia, sepsis, and other signs of infection;
4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding;
5. Patients who do not agree to participate in the trial or refuse to sign the informed consent;
6. Patients who may not cooperate judged by the researchers;
7. Patients who are not able to take EUS-BD, judged by endoscopists in the research team.
