研究目的：

研究一：观察上肢机器人对脑卒中恢复期患者的上肢功能恢复的适用性和稳定性； 研究二：拟通过随机对照观察机器人辅助的双侧运动启动训练结合常规康复训练，比较机器人辅助的单侧运动启动训练结合常规康复训练，对脑卒中偏瘫上肢运动功能和日常生活能力的影响；同时，利用经颅磁刺激探究运动皮层兴奋性与抑制性的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

Study 1: To observe the applicability and stability of the upper limb robot for the recovery of upper limb function in convalescent patients with stroke; Study 2: To observe the effects of bilateral robot-assisted motor initiation training combined with routine rehabilitation training through randomized control, and to compare the effects of unilateral robot-assisted motor initiation training combined with routine rehabilitation training on the motor function and daily living ability of the upper limbs after stroke hemiplegia. At the same time, transcranial magnetic stimulation was used to explore the excitatory and inhibitory changes in the motor cortex.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 未脱离危险，生命体征尚不稳定者；
2. 在视觉方面有明显障碍者及偏侧忽略障碍者；
3. 精神疾病或经MMSE检测有认知功能障碍者；
4. 不能配合检查与治疗者；
5. 严重的心肺功能障碍者；
6. 完全的感觉缺失障碍者；
7. 任何关节均严重的痉挛状态(改良Ashworth≧3)；
8. 近期有患侧上肢骨折、严重关节炎、关节置换术等影响上肢功能者；
9. 患者或家属不能签署知情同意书，无法配合坚持治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are not out of danger and whose vital signs are not stable;
2. Those with obvious visual impairment and unilateral neglect impairment;
3. Mental illness or cognitive impairment detected by MMSE;
4. Unable to cooperate with examination and treatment;
5. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
6. Complete sensory deficit disorder;
7. Severe spasticity in any joint (modified Ashworth >= 3);
8. Recent upper limb fracture, severe arthritis, joint replacement and other factors affecting upper limb function;
9. Patients or family members cannot sign informed consent and cannot cooperate to adhere to treatment.
