研究目的：

1.探索抑郁症患者涂色绘画测验的定量研究方法和途径。将涂色绘画测验应用于抑郁症患者与双相情感障碍、广泛性焦虑障碍和正常健康对照组的对比研究中，寻找其用色、笔触等方面与其他人群的差异，发现几组差异有统计学意义的定量指标，为以后的进一步研究提供数据。 2. 探索涂色绘画测验在抑郁症患者辅助诊断中的应用。通过对抑郁症患者与双相情感障碍、广泛性焦虑障碍和正常健康对照组绘画的采集，运用计算机图形扫描、信息提取以及分析技术，将绘画的相关指标进行定量提取，通过统计分析找出规律，建立一个预测抑郁症的绘画模型。希望这一模型应用于临床，能提高对抑郁症患者的辅助性诊断及病情评估。

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the quantitative research methods and approaches of color painting test in patients with depression. The color painting test was applied to the comparison study of depression patients with bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and normal healthy control group. To explore The differences in color use and brushstroke between depression patients and other groups, which provided data for further research. 2. To explore the application of color painting test in the auxiliary diagnosis of depression patients. Through the collection of paintings of patients with depression and bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and normal healthy control group. The computer graphics scanning, information extraction and analysis technology are used to quantitatively extract the related indicators of painting, then find out the rules through statistical analysis.To establish a painting model to predict depression. It is hoped that this model can be used in clinic to improve the auxiliary diagnosis and evaluation of depression patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

Study groups : 
1. Older than 18 years old, regardless of gender;  
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression disorder in ICD-10 classification of mental and behavioral disorders;  
3. Can complete the coloring drawing test alone;  
4. Have not received systematic painting training.

Control group: 
1. Schizophrenia:
(1) Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender;
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for schizophrenia;
(3). Can complete the drawing test alone;
(4) No painting training.
2. Bipolar Disorder:
(1) Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender;
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for bipolar disorder;
(3). Can complete the drawing test alone;
(4) No painting training.
3. Normal control:
(1) No previous history of mental illness, no genetic history of mental illness, no obvious symptoms of mental disorders at the time of enrollment;
(2) Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender;
(3) No painting training;
(4) Color vision assessment without color blindness and color weakness.

排除标准：

研究组： 1.妊娠、哺乳期患者; 2.目前患有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病，如脑血管意外、肿瘤、重症感染等; 3.有精神活性物质滥用及其他重性精神疾病等； 4.有癫痫、痴呆等神经系统疾病病史; 5.色盲和色弱者。对照组：同研究组。

Exclusion criteria：

Study group: 1.Pregnant and lactation patients; 2.Currently suffering from serious and unstable physical diseases, such as cerebrovascular accidents, tumors, severe infections, etc.; 3. Abuse of psychoactive substances and other serious mental diseases; 4.Have a history of neurological diseases such as epilepsy and dementia; 5. Color blindness and color weakness. Control group: Same as study group.
