纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 颈肩部或者脊柱区域有受伤史或者手术史；
2. 影响肌张力的用药史；
3. 神经肌肉疾病；
4. 颈部神经根病、退行性疾病或其他严重疾病；
5. 职业体育活动。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of injury or surgery in the neck, shoulder or spine area;
2. History of medication that affects muscle tone;
3. Neuromuscular disease;
4. Cervical radiculopathy, degenerative disease or other serious diseases;
5. Professional sports activities
