研究目的:

通过机器学习建立皮层脑电高频振荡信号数据库研究癫痫发作间期的皮层高频脑电信号ECoG,并分析基于立体定向机器人的电刺激诱发脑电信号SEEG,探讨两种脑电信号的研究方法对于癫痫致痫灶进行识别和定位的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

A database of high-frequency oscillatory cortical EEG signals (ECoG) was established by machine learning to study the cortical high-frequency EEG signals (ECoG) during the interseizure period, and the electrostimulation-based EEG signals (SEEG) based on stereotactic robot were analyzed to explore the clinical application value of the two EEG signal research methods for the identification and localization of epileptogenic foci.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有精神疾病史;
2.有颅脑外伤史;
3.有任何重大躯体疾病史;
4.有酒精或药物成瘾;
5.MRI检查禁忌;
6.有糖尿病、心血管疾病等严重的系统性疾病;
7.患有短暂的脑缺血缺氧发作,癔病、偏头痛及习惯性晕厥等可能影响大脑结构和功能的疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. A history of mental illness;
2. History of craniocerebral trauma;
3. Any history of major physical diseases;
4. Alcohol or drug addiction;
5. Contraindications of MRI examination;
6. Have serious systemic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases;
7. Suffer from transient ischemic and hypoxic attacks, hysteria, migraine and habitual syncope, which may affect the structure and function of the brain.

To diagnose epilepsy, it is often necessary to understand the patient's history, seizure symptoms and possible causes (such as light induction). Electroencephalography (EEG) and neuroimaging (such as computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, etc.) are common and important methods.
