研究目的：

验证北京市春立正达医疗器械股份有限公司提供的定制个体化指关节假体，用于各种因素（外伤、肿瘤）导致的手部指关节大面积骨缺损且不适宜进行自体骨关节移植患者的指关节置换，以实现功能恢复和关节重建的安全性及有效性。为最终产品注册申报提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify that the customized individualized finger joint prosthesis provided by Beijing Chunli Zhengda Medical Devices Co., Ltd. It is used for finger joint replacement in patients with large-area bone defect of hand finger joint caused by various factors (trauma and tumor) and unsuitable for autologous bone and joint transplantation, so as to realize the safety and effectiveness of functional recovery and joint reconstruction. To provide basis for final product registration and declaration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
2.因神经、精神疾病或语言障碍等不能与医护人员交流或合作者；
3.严重血液系统疾病或肝肾功能障碍等其他严重疾病者；
4.已知对一种或多种植入的材料有过敏史者；
5.接过指关节置换术者；
6.两指或两指以上指关节损伤，经研究者判断进行单指指关节置换后，其他损伤手指可能影响疗效判断者；
7.整体或局部有急性或潜在性感染者；
8.指关节先天性畸形、挛缩者；
9.患肢手部运动神经损伤，经研究者判断，影响指关节置换术后疗效判断者；
10.屈伸肌肌腱缺损或严重粘连者；
11.一期治疗后患指周围皮肤软组织较差者；
12.患有累及肌腱等关节动力系统的骨肿瘤或软组织肿瘤者；
13.筛选前1个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
14.研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.Unable to communicate or cooperate with medical staff due to neurological, mental illness or language disorder;
3.Serious blood system diseases or other serious diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction;
4.Known to have a history of allergy to one or more implanted materials;
5.Those who have received finger joint replacement;
6.Two or more finger joints are injured, and other injured fingers may affect the judgment of curative effect after single finger joint replacement according to the judgment of the researcher;
7.Acute or potential infection overall or locally;
8.Congenital deformity and contracture of finger joint;
9.The motor nerve injury of the hand of the affected limb, judged by the researcher, affects the judgment of the curative effect after finger joint replacement;
10.Flexor extensor tendon defect or severe adhesion;
11.Patients with poor skin and soft tissue around the affected finger after one-stage treatment;
12.Bone tumor or soft tissue tumor involving tendon and other joint dynamic system;
13.Those who participated in other clinical trials within 1 month before screening;
14.The investigator believes that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
