研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨NEK7-NLRP3通路在多囊卵巢综合征患者体内的表达与临床意义，以及苍附导痰汤是否通过NEK7-NLRP3通路改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的相关临床症状及其相关作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression and clinical significance of NEK7-NLRP3 pathway in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, and whether Cangfu Daotan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and related effects of polycystic ovary syndrome patients through NEK7-NLRP3 pathway mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有其他能引起排卵障碍或高雄激素的疾病，如高泌乳素血症、库欣综合征、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症等；
2. 合并其他全身性疾病和炎症性疾病，如糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、心脏病等；
3. 有复发性流产史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other diseases that can cause ovulation disorders or hyperandrogenism, such as hyperprolactinemia, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, etc.;
2. Combined with other systemic diseases and inflammatory diseases, such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, heart disease, etc.;
3. Those with a history of recurrent miscarriage.
