研究目的：

在前瞻性、随机、对照的临床研究中，分别应用无创血流动力学指标指导的液体治疗方案或传统指标指导的液体治疗方案对围术期重症患者进行治疗，验证新液体治疗方案在降低患者心肌损伤发生率方面优于传统液体治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

Apply non-invasive hemodynamic indexes directed fluid therapy in perioperative myocardial injury patients in a prospective randomized controlled study. Compare the morbidity of acute myocardial injury of these patients with patients who use ordinary hemodynamic indexes directed fluid therapy. Evaluate the new fluid therapy is better for acute myocardial injury patients than the ordinary one.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 怀孕及围产期女性；
2) 患者及家属不能配合治疗；
3) 心脏术后患者。
4) 液体治疗开始72小时内接受创伤性血流动力学监测的患者（不包括深静脉导管监测中心静脉压）

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnancy;
2) Patients and their families cannot cooperate with treatment;
3) Cardiac surgery patients;
4) Get invasive hemodynamic monitor within 72h of fluid therapy (central venous pressure monitor is not included).
