证实囊袋张力环联合Toric IOL植入对于高度近视合并散光的白内障患者而言，能较好的保持旋转稳定性及术后屈光效果  

Objectives of Study：

TO confirm that the capsular tension ring combined with Toric IOL implantation can maintain the IOL stability and the refractive effect of the patients with high myopia and astigmatism

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.角膜不规则散光、虹膜异常、瞳孔变形、神经眼病、眼部炎症病史患者
2.术中出现囊膜撕裂等、撕囊偏中心、晶体悬韧带脱位等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cornea irregular astigmatism, abnormal iris, pupil deformation, optic nerve disease, ocular inflammation;
2. Decentration of the CCC, radial tear of the capsule and the zonular defects.
