研究目的：

1.观察老年人机体炎症反应水平及其对神经系统的损害与POCD发生率的相关关系 2.观察乌司他丁对炎性因子水平的影响，以及对POCD发生率的影响，并探讨其保护机制

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the inflammatory reaction and the correlation between the damage to the nervous system and the incidence of POCD; 2. To observe the influence of ulinastatin on inflammatory factor levels, as well as the influence on the incidence of POCD, and discuss the protection mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)精神疾患或心理疾病(抑郁症) >16
2)严重酗酒，药物滥用
3)术前简易智力状态检查（MMSE）≤23
4)肾功能损害（Cr>177umol/L），活动性肝病
5)严重视力或听力障碍
6)文肓以及在语言上无法与医师有效交流（读，说）*
7)WBC﹥10000×109/L，尿液常规检测异常
8)肿瘤疾患，急性创伤或炎症疾患*
9)6月以内心梗等心血管疾患*
10)6月以内脑血管疾患包括脑出血或脑栓塞病史或6月以上并存神经系统后遗症 *
11)脑肿瘤；癫痫；帕金森等

Exclusion criteria：

1) mental disorder or mental illness (depression)>16;
2) severe alcoholism, drug abuse;
3) simple preoperative mental state examination (MMSE) is 23 or less;
4) renal impairment (Cr > 177 umol/L), active liver disease;
5) serious eyesight or hearing impairment;
6) illiteracy, or can't communicate with physicians;
7) the WBC > 10000x10^9/L, abnormal urine routine test;
8) tumor diseases, acute trauma or inflammatory disorders;
9) the cardiovascular disease such as myocardial infarction within 6 month;
10) history of cerebrovascular diseases including cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral embolism within 6 month or with neurological sequelae;
11) brain tumors; Epilepsy; Parkinson's disease, and etc.
