研究目的：

分析全身麻醉及腰硬联合麻醉对老年髋关节置换术后谵妄发生的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the influence of general anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on delirium after hip replacement in the eldly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 拒绝参与和术前不能配合测试；
2. 严重的系统疾病，ASA分级大于3级；
3. 长期服用抗精神病药物；
4. 有脑血管病史或重大神经功能障碍；
5. 测试诊断为痴呆和/或严重的认知障碍；
6. 为了确保基线时没有未诊断的认知障碍，经同意的参与者通过FRAIL和蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA量表，MontrealCognitiveAssessment）进行进一步筛选，得分小于基本线以下被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to participate in the test and failure to cooperate with the test before operation;
2. Serious systemic diseases, ASA grade is greater than grade 3;
3. Long-term use of antipsychotics;
4. Have a history of cerebrovascular disease or major neurological dysfunction;
5. The test diagnosis is dementia and/or severe cognitive impairment;
6. In order to ensure that there is no undiagnosed cognitive impairment at baseline, the agreed participants are further screened by FRAIL and MontrealCognitiveAssessment Scale (MoCA Scale), and the scores below the baseline are excluded.
