To assess the validity of APCS score in asymptomatic Chinese population, and to identify other risk factors associated with ACN.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有胃肠道症状及明确胃肠道疾病者
2、有行内镜检查禁忌者
3、不同意参加本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with present or past symptoms suggestive of CRC or lower gastrointestinal tract disease,and those with gastrointestinal tract diseases;
2. Individuals with contraindications to colonoscopy;
3. Disagreed to participate in the study.
