研究目的：

通过耳穴压豆疗法干预对考试前焦虑的临床疗效研究，针对学生考前焦虑提供、操作简便、无药物性的临床治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

To provide simple, non-medicated clinical treatment via study on the effect of aurical acupressure on pre-test anxiety syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有甲状腺机能亢进、高血压、冠心病等躯体疾病的继发性焦虑；
2）有心脏疾病、如瓣膜病、心肌炎、心律失常等器质性疾病病史；
3）既往有精神病史、或现在接受精神科治疗者；
4）现在服用影响心律药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Individuals suffering from secondary anxiety due to somatic disease(s) such as hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease;

2) Individuals suffering from heart disease(s), for instance, valvular heart disease, myocarditis, arrthymia.

3) Individuals with psychiatric history, or with current psychiatric treatments;

4) Individuals who are on medication modulating heartbeat.
