研究目的：

1.验证构建的乳腺癌 ER、PR、HER2、Ki67 和 HG标志。 2.验证转录组定性标志在穿刺活检的冷冻组织，手术切除的冷冻样本中的临床适用性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify five qualitative transcriptional signatures of breast cancer: ER, PR, HER2, Ki67 and Histology Grade, respectively. 2. To verify robustness and clinical applicability of qualitative transcriptional signatures in surgical resection and biopsy frozen tissue.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 采样前伴有其他肿瘤或其他重大疾病；
2. 曾接受药物治疗；
3. 转移或复发的肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Before sampling, subjects were complicated with other malignancy or series diseases;
2. Subjects had received medical treatment before;
3. Subjects with metastatic or recurrent tumors.

从样本库首先选择符合入选标准取自同一患者的手术切除组织和活检组织，然后对样本库中其他符合入选标准的组织样本，按照样本入库时间进行编号，然后根据随机数选择纳入研究的样本。随机数由计算机使用最小化算法产生。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Firstly, surgical resection and biopsy frozen tissues from the same patient eligible for inclusion will be selected from biobank. Other breast cancer tissues from patient eligible for inclusion are numbered according to their time of putting in storage. Then the tissues are selected depends on random number.
