研究目的：

1. 主要研究目的：探究房颤患者血液生物标志物（如端粒酶长度、GRP75、Reg3γ）对于冷冻球囊消融术后房颤复发的预测价值。 2. 次要研究目的：研究患者基线资料（如年龄、性别、房颤类型、合并疾病、化验检查）和术中资料（如各部位消融次数、最低温度、隔离时间）对冷冻球囊消融术后房颤复发的预测价值，并尝试建立新的房颤复发预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to explore the value of blood biomarkers (such as telomerase length, GRP75, Reg3 γ) in predicting the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after cryoballoon ablation. 2. Secondary objective: to study the value of baseline(such as age, sex, type of atrial fibrillation, concomitant disease, laboratory examination) and intraprocedural data (such as ablation times, minimum temperature, isolation time) in predicting the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after cryoballoon ablation, and try to establish a new predictive model of atrial fibrillation recurrence.
