探讨青光眼患者对比敏感度与其结构损害的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between contrast sensitivity and structural damage in patients with glaucoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有眼科其他影响视力的疾病如老年性黄斑病变、白内障、视网膜变性/脱离、角膜炎症活动期、圆锥角膜或者无法固视等。 2. 散光≥1.5D。 3. 曾有眼部手术史、外伤史。 4. 患有全身结缔组织疾病或者自身免疫性疾病。 5. 无法配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffer from other ophthalmic diseases affecting vision such as age-related macular degeneration, cataract, retinal degeneration/detachment, active corneal inflammation, keratoconus or inability to fix vision. 2. Astigmatism >=1.5D. 3. History of eye surgery and trauma. 4. Have systemic connective tissue diseases or autoimmune diseases. 5. Unable to cooperate with the inspection.
