研究目的：

分析麻醉深度监测指标与镇静和镇痛药的剂量、术后疼痛评分及术后并发症等的关系，从而实现个体化、精准化麻醉。  

Objectives of Study：

The relationship between the monitoring indexes of anesthesia depth and the doses of sedative and analgesics, postoperative pain scores and postoperative complications were analyzed, so as to realize individualized and precise anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法与研究者进行有效沟通者；
2.合并有严重脑、心、肝、肾等器质性疾病者；
3.疑有长期应用或者滥用麻醉性镇静镇痛药者；
4.存在相关药物和方法的禁忌证或过敏患者；
5.急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are unable to communicate effectively with researchers;
2. Those who have serious organic diseases such as brain, heart, liver and kidney;
3. Suspected of long-term use or abuse of narcotic sedative analgesics;
4. Patients with contraindications or allergies to related drugs and methods;
5. Emergency surgery.
