研究目的：

1．构建基于证据的妊娠期糖尿病非药物管理决策支持系统； 2．评价妊娠期糖尿病非药物管理决策支持系统的可用性； 3．评价妊娠期糖尿病非药物管理决策支持系统的临床效果 。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct an evidence-based decision support system for non-drug management of gestational diabetes mellitus; 2. To evaluate the availability of decision support systems for the nonpharmacological management of gestational diabetes mellitus; 3. To evaluate the clinical effects of a decision support system for the nonpharmacological management of gestational diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.需要药物治疗的GDM患者；
2.多胎妊娠；
3.出现严重的妊娠期并发症或合并症；
4.有认知障碍、精神障碍不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with GDM requiring drug therapy;
2. Multiple pregnancies;
3. Serious pregnancy complications or complications occur;
4. Those with cognitive and mental disorders who can't cooperate.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

研究者本人在研究开始前通过office办公软件中的excel生成的随机数字表将患者分为干预组和对照组。具体方法为：①在excel中建立函数“=rand（）”，并根据样本量，下拉出足够行数的随机数；②在随机数前建立一列编号代表被纳入研究的顺序；③将随机数按数值大小进行排序（扩展排序）；④根据随机数的大小分组，前?个数字为A组，后?个数字为B组，在随机数后面的一纵列中标注具体组别为“A组”或“B组”；⑤恢复随机数前被纳入研究顺序编号的正常排序，序列号后对应的“A”、“B”即为本研究随机分组序列。

In this study, the outcome measurers were blinded. The obstetric and obstetric medical staff and laboratory medical staff of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were not aware of the grouping of the research subjects.
