To conduct a 3-year retrospective study to analyze our experience in emergency gastrointestinal surgery in neonates and to assess the incidence of AKI based on differential diagnosis.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

预先存在肾损伤或先天性泌尿系统畸形，术前接受透析，以及需要分析的数据不足。

Exclusion criteria：

Pre-existing renal impairment or congenital malformations of the urinary system, receiving dialysis before surgery, and insufficient data to analyze.
