Evaluation of severe ocular trauma involved in the safety and efficacy of emergency vitrectomy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.眼部的伴随情况/疾病
(1) 研究眼有阻碍研究治疗改善视力的伴随疾病
(2) 研究眼存在可能影响研究结果解释或可能导致损害视力或在6个月治疗期内需药物或手术干预治疗的其它疾病
(3) 研究眼存在全周睫状体脱离等影响手术后眼压控制的情况
2.全身情况或治疗
(1)凝血机能异常或目前正在使用抗凝药物（如阿司匹林）治疗者
(2)中风、冠心病、心绞痛史及肾功能不全需做透析或肾移植，以及其它不适合参与临床试验的全身慢性疾病
(3) 目前或近期可能需要全身使用已知对晶状体、视网膜或视神经有毒性的药物，包括氯喹/羟氯喹、吩噻嗪、乙胺丁醇、去铁敏和他莫昔芬等
3.依从性
（1）不能配合观察不良事件和疗效
（2）不能遵守研究或随访流程

Exclusion criteria：

1. With the eye / Disease:
(1) Study on the Eye hinder research to improve the treatment of diseases associated with vision;
(2) the study eye that could affect the interpretation of the results or may result in damage to eyesight or require medical or surgical intervention in the six-month period of treatment of other diseases;
(3) the presence of post-impact study eye intraocular pressure control of the entire circumference of the ciliary body detachment;
2. The general condition or treatment;
(1) or abnormal clotting function currently being used anticoagulant drugs (such as aspirin) treatment;
(2) stroke, coronary heart disease, history of angina and renal dysfunction require dialysis or kidney transplantation, and other unsuitable in a clinical trial of systemic chronic diseases;
(3) current or recent use may require general known to the lens, the retina or optic nerve toxic drugs, including chloroquine / hydroxychloroquine, phenothiazines, ethambutol, deferoxamine and tamoxifen, etc.;
3. Compliance
(1) can not be observed with the adverse events and efficacy;
(2) research or follow-up process can not comply.
