研究目的：

采用随机对照实验评价长期小剂量补充蔗糖对偏头痛的预防效果及胰岛素受体、CGRP及其受体通路基因甲基化、二者及其与环境因素交互作用对蔗糖预防偏头痛效果的影响。

Objectives of Study：

By randomized controlled trial, we will evaluate effectiveness of long-term oral low-dose sucrose for migraine prophylaxis, and insulin receptor, CGRP and its receptor pathway gene methylation, and interact with environmental factors on the preventive effect of sucrose for migraine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、每月发作服用止痛药>10次者。
2、特殊类型偏头痛如眼麻痹型偏头痛、偏瘫性偏头痛等类型。
3、丛集性头痛和紧张性头痛等继发性头痛。
4、妊娠和哺乳期妇女。
5、合并肝、肾及造血系统疾病、高血压和糖尿病。
6、严重精神病。
7、过敏性体质。
8、拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having analgesics more than 10 times due to the migraine attacks every month;
2. Special types of migraine such as ophthalmoplegia hemiplegic migraine type;
3. Cluster headache,tension-type headache and other secondary headache disorders;
4. Pregnancy and lactation women;
5. Combined with hepaticrenal hematopoietic system and other serous primary diseases ,hypertension and diabetes mellitus;
6. Having severe mental disease;
7. Allergic constitution;
8. Refused to sign the consent.
