本研究旨在通过探寻不同阶段的2型糖尿病患者血清硒蛋白S和相关蛋白表达水平，探索硒蛋白S对糖脂代谢水平的相关性联系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to explore the relationship between selenoprotein S and glucose and lipid metabolism by exploring the expression levels of serum selenoprotein S and related proteins in patients with type 2 diabetes at different stages.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近3个月内发生过糖尿病高渗昏迷或糖尿病酮症酸中毒等糖尿病相关急性并发症；
2.近期有严重感染、手术或创伤等应激状态，或处在妊娠、哺乳等特殊身体时期，或年龄<18周岁；
3.严重的肝功能损伤、心脑血管疾病、感染性疾病或恶性肿瘤病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diabetic-related acute complications such as diabetic hyperosmolar coma or diabetic ketoacidosis have occurred within the past 3 months;
2. Has recently suffered from severe infection, surgery or trauma and other stress states, or is in a special physical period such as pregnancy or breastfeeding, or aged < 18 years;
3. History of severe liver function damage, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases or malignant tumors.
