研究目的：

明确孕产妇围产期可能导致较高失血风险且最后行子宫切除术的风险因素组合，量化这些风险因素，准确预测大出血风险的能力将有助于提前采取预防措施，从而降低因出血行子宫切除发生的概率。  

Objectives of Study：

Identify the combination of risk factors that may lead to a higher risk of blood loss during the perinatal period and the final hysterectomy, quantify these risk factors, and accurately predict the risk of major bleeding will help preventive measures in advance to reduce hysterectomy due to bleeding Probability of occurrence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 胎盘结构或功能异常的产妇（前置胎盘、低置胎盘、胎盘早剥、胎盘植入等）；
2. 子宫畸形的产妇；
3. 凝血功能障碍的患者；
4. 其他导致产后大出血的因素（如胎位不正、高龄等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal placenta structure or function (placenta previa, low placenta, abruption of placenta, placenta accreta, etc.);
2. Women with uterine malformations;
3. Patients with coagulopathy;
4. Other factors that cause postpartum hemorrhage (such as Improper fetal position, advanced age, etc.).
