研究目的：

筛选减重手术患者术后痛觉过敏的易感危险因素，探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与术后痛觉过敏的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

To screen the risk factors of postoperative hyperalgesia in patients undergoing bariatric surgery, and investigate the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea and postoperative hyperalgesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重阻塞性肺疾病；
2.有心、肝、肾等严重慢性疾病史；
3.有严重听力或视力障碍，无法与医师有效交流；
4.不能理解量表内容、拒绝参与者；
5.长期服用镇痛药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe obstructive pulmonary disease;
2. History of serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney;
3. Have serious hearing or visual impairment, and can not communicate effectively with doctors;
4. Unable to understand the content of the scale and refused participants;
5. Take analgesics for a long time.
