研究目的：

本项目拟将90例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组及治疗组，在两组均行常规吞咽功能训练的基础上，治疗组采用针刺运动进行治疗，对照组采用常规针刺进行治疗。观察两组治疗前后舌咽部表面肌电，标准吞咽功能量表（SSA）、功能性经口摄食量表（FOIS），吞咽障碍特异性生活质量（SWAL-QOL），评价吞咽功能、生活质量和临床疗效，并记录治疗过程中的针刺不良反应，为临床治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍提供新的途径和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This project plans to randomly divide 90 patients with dysphagia after stroke into a control group and a treatment group. On the basis of routine swallowing function training in both groups, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture exercise, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The glossopharyngeal surface electromyography, standard swallowing function scale (SSA), functional oral food intake scale (FOIS), and swallowing disorder-specific quality of life (SWAL-QOL) were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. To evaluate the swallowing function, quality of life and clinical efficacy, and to record the adverse reactions of acupuncture during the treatment, to provide new ways and ideas for clinical treatment of dysphagia after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.气管切开、严重的心肺功能不全；
2.完全性失语者；
3.妊娠期妇女；
4.脑卒中的次数在2次或以上的患者；脑栓塞（心源性脑梗塞）患者；
5.有明显的口腔或咽喉疾病，如甲状腺疾患、局部感染、溃疡等影响吞咽者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tracheotomy, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
2. Complete aphasia;
3. Pregnant patients;
4. Patients with 2 or more strokes; patients with cerebral embolism (cardiac cerebral infarction);
5. Those who have obvious oral or throat diseases, such as thyroid disease, local infection, ulcer, etc. that affect swallowing.

采用简单随机分组的方法，按患者入组的先后顺序从1到90依次排出入组编号，通过SPSS20.0产生随机数表。

本临床试验采用单盲法。研究过程主要由针灸医师、言语治疗师实施。针灸医师根据分组对患者进行相应的治疗；言语治疗师不知道患者的分组情况，对患者进行试验涉及的量表评估、吞咽康复训练。每位患者有固定的针灸医师、言语治疗师负责跟进。
