研究全麻复合硬膜外麻醉方式与结直肠癌患者预后之间关系的回顾性临床研究。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective clinical study to study the relationship between general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 入选本研究前3个月内参与了其他药物临床试验或其他麻醉治疗试验的志愿者；
2. 电话随访，拒绝接受本研究或处于育龄、妊娠期的女性患者；
3. 本研究排除多脏器切除或其他消化道疾病或恶性肿瘤患者；
4. 接受过器官移植的患者；
5. 曾经有手术史且发生过严重并发症和不良麻醉手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Volunteers who participated in other drug clinical trials or other anesthesia treatment trials within 3 months before being selected for this study;
2. Telephone follow-up, female patients who refuse to accept this study or are of childbearing age or pregnancy;
3. This study excluded patients with multiple organ resection or other digestive tract diseases or malignant tumors;
4. Patients who have received organ transplantation;
5. Patients who have had a history of surgery and have had serious complications and a history of poor anesthesia surgery.

搜集2017年10月-2021年10月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院接受结直肠癌手术的患者，按照其麻醉方式分为全麻+硬膜外实验组、全身麻醉对照组。

Patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from October 2017 to October 2021 were collected and divided into general anesthesia + epidural experimental group and general anesthesia control group according to their anesthesia methods.
