研究目的：

1.1 主要研究目的 以 6-12岁青少年为受试者，评估低强度单波长红光治疗仪对控制青少年近视及眼轴进展的前瞻性临床研究。通过对大样本的治疗群体的研究，明确：1）对不同程度的近视（包括高度近视）的治疗效果及临床数据的对比变化；2）对青少年近视发展的整个年龄 段范围内的治疗效果和相关因素。 1.2 次要研究目的和探索性研究目的 1）“近视窗口期”儿童使用红光治疗的有效性及安全性； 2）停用低强度红光治疗后近视及眼轴增长的程度变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 Objective To evaluate a prospective clinical study of low-intensity single-wavelength red light therapy for controlling myopia and ocular axis progression in adolescents aged 6-12 years.Through the study of a large sample of treatment groups, it is clear that: 1) the treatment effect of different degrees of myopia (including high myopia) and the comparative changes of clinical data;2) Therapeutic effect and related factors in the whole age range of adolescent myopia development. 1.2 Secondary research objectives and exploratory research objectives 1) Effectiveness and safety of red light therapy in children with myopia window period;2) Changes in degree of myopia and axial growth after discontinuation of low-intensity red light therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在斜视或其它双眼视觉异常；
2.存在其它重大眼部如玻璃体及视网膜病变和全身病异常；
3.研究医生认为不适合纳入项目的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is squint or other binocular vision abnormalities;
2. Other major ocular abnormalities such as vitreous and retinopathy and systemic diseases;
3. Other reasons that doctors consider unsuitable for inclusion in the project.
