To evaluate the potential effect of biophilic VR technology in reducing the mental and psychological stress of night shift nurses.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书的参与者；
2.患有严重心肺疾病的参与者；
3.经历过身体不适(如癫痫发作)的参与者，或者当他们戴上VR头盔时，引起头晕炫目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participants who refuse to sign the informed consent form;
2. Participants with severe cardiopulmonary disease;
3. Participants who have experienced physical discomfort (such as seizures), or vertigo dazzlers when they put on a VR headset.
