研究目的：

研究全麻复合神经阻滞麻醉方式与膝关节置换患者或髋关节置换患者预后之间关系的回顾性临床研究。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective clinical study to study the relationship between general anesthesia combined with nerve block anesthesia and the prognosis of knee replacement patients or hip replacement patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 入选本研究前3个月内参与了其他药物临床试验或其他麻醉治疗试验的志愿者；
2. 电话随访，拒绝接受本研究的患者；
3. 本研究排除多脏器切除或同期合并其他骨折进行手术的患者；
4. 接受过器官移植的患者；
5. 曾经有手术史且发生过严重并发症和不良麻醉手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Volunteers who participated in other drug clinical trials or other anesthesia treatment trials within 3 months before being selected for this study;
2. Telephone follow-up, patients who refused to accept this study;
3. This study excluded patients who had multiple organ resections or other fractures undergoing surgery at the same time;
4. Patients who have received organ transplantation;
5. Patients who have had a history of surgery and have had serious complications and a history of poor anesthesia surgery.
