研究目的：

阐明中医药防止肾纤维化的细胞分子机制和信号作用靶点，为中医药治疗慢性肾脏病提供重要的科学理论。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the cellular and molecular mechanisms and signaling targets of TCM to prevent renal fibrosis, and to provide important scientific theories for TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.各种原因引起的急性肾损伤。
2.合并肝脏和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、严重感染、精神异常、恶性肿瘤患者。
3.血液透析、腹膜透析、肾脏移植等肾替代治疗患者。
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
5.正在接受其他临床实验研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute kidney injury caused by various reasons.
2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as liver and hematopoietic system, serious infections, mental disorders, and malignant tumors.
3. Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation and other renal replacement therapy patients.
4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
5. Undergoing other clinical experimental studies.
