研究目的：

1.探究上颌扩弓治疗对不同咬合发育阶段、不同生长型牙弓横向宽度不足的儿童及青少年牙弓、基骨弓以及上气道的影响。 2.建立改善牙弓宽度不调与上、下牙弓长度宽度、全牙弓现有长度、基骨弓长度宽度及上气道变化的数学模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the influence of maxillary arch expansion therapy on dental arch, basal bone arch and upper airway in children and adolescents with insufficient transverse width of dental arch at different stages of occlusal development and different growth types. 2. A mathematical model was established to improve the difference between the width of the dental arch and the length and width of the upper and lower dental arch, the existing length of the whole dental arch, the length and width of the basal bone arch and the changes of the upper airway.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患儿有严重的全身系统性疾病，不能参与本项目； 2. 患者1个月内参加过其他临床试验； 3. 有严重的自闭症、抑郁症患儿； 4. 其他原因不适合参与本项目研究或参与者自行退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient was unable to participate in this project due to severe systemic diseases; 2. The patient has participated in other clinical trials within 1 month; 3. Patients with severe autism and depression; 4. Patients are not suitable to participate in the study for other reasons or withdraw by themselves.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用病例报告表进行数据采集。病例报告表上有关入组患者数据以患者编码方式记录，入组患者只能通过患者编码识别。 本研究采用Microsoft Office Excel进行数据管理。

The case report form was used for data collection. The data of the patients enrolled in the group on the case report form were recorded by the patient code, and the patients could only be identified by this code. The study uses Microsoft Office Excel for data management.
