本研究目的旨在进一步证实基于中国传统文化的积极心理干预课程在减少中国基层医务人员的职业倦怠，提升心理健康水平，从而达到持续提高基层医疗服务质量的科学意义和实际应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to further confirm positive psychological intervention curriculum based on Chinese traditional culture in reducing job burnout of Chinese primary medical staff, to improve the level of psychological health, so as to achieve scientific significance and practical application value of continuously improving medical service quality of primary healthcare.
