研究目的：

探索针刺调神方结合CBT-I团体治疗慢性失眠症的临床有效性，及对睡眠质量、睡眠认知、日间功能、安眠药使用、情绪状态、精神压力等多方面的综合改善情况，并比较综合疗法相对于单一疗法干预慢性失眠症的优劣性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with group cognitive-behavioral therapy and the improvement of sleep quality, sleep cognition, daytime function, drug use situation, emotional state and mental stress. To compare the advantages and disadvantages of combination therapy with respect to single therapy for chronic insomnia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有重型精神病者或有自杀倾向者2.药物依赖或酒精依赖者3.每周平均使用催眠类药物超过3天者4.经多导睡眠监测发现睡眠呼吸暂停患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe mental illness or suicidal tendencies;
2. Drug or alcohol dependence;
3. Take hypnogenesis mitigation pharmaceutica more than 3 times a week;
4. Sleep apnea found by polysomnography.
