研究目的：

初步评价阿帕替尼非一线应用于复发/转移性头颈鳞癌治疗的安全性、有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Preliminary evaluation of apatinib non-first-line used in recurrence / metastasis safety and effectiveness of the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

阿帕替尼 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

apatinib 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)认知功能障碍者。
2)合并其他恶性肿瘤患者。
3)存在禁忌症患者：对艾坦任何成份过敏者应禁用；对于有活动性出血、溃疡、肠穿孔、肠梗阻、大手术后30天内、药物不可控制的高血压、3-4级心功能不全（NYHA标准）、重度肝肾功能不全（4级）。
4)出血倾向（但除外局部病灶少量出血者）或凝血功能异常（APTT＞1.5×ULN或INR＞1.5）。
5)高血压经专科降压治疗控制不良的（专科规范治疗情况下收缩压＞180mmHg和/或舒张压＞100mmHg）。
6)肾脏基础疾病合并蛋白尿者。
7)妊娠、哺乳期，或有生育能力但未采取避孕措施的女性患者。
8)滥用药物或酒精成瘾者。
9)其他研究者认为不合适的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) cognitive impairment.
2) combined with other cancer patients.
3) patients with contraindications: Aitan allergic to any ingredients should be disabled for active bleeding, ulcers, intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, after major surgery within 30 days, uncontrollable high blood pressure drugs, 3-4 heart failure (NYHA standards), severe liver and kidney dysfunction (level 4).
4) bleeding (except local bleeding) or coagulation abnormalities (APTT>1.5xULN or INR>1.5).
5) specialist antihypertensive treatment for poorly controlled high blood pressure (specialist treatment case systolic pressure >180mmHg and/or diastolic pressure >100mmHg).
6) Kidney Foundation disease with protein in the urine.
7),pregnancy, lactation, or fertile but not contraceptives for women.
8) drug or alcohol addicts.
9)Other researchers believe that patients with inappropriate
