研究目的：

非小细胞肺癌肺癌（NSCLC）患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)、血清、肿瘤组织中9p、17q微卫星改变（MAs）情况，探讨MAs应用于NSCLC诊断的可行性及临床意义

Objectives of Study：

To detect the microsatellite alterations(MAs) in 9p and 17q regions of non-small cell lung cancer in exhaled breath condensate(EBC), serum and tissues, and to explore the feasibility and clinic significance of detecting non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) by MAs. And to analyse the relationship of the expression of MAs and clinical pathological parameters.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未经过化疗、放。
2.小细胞癌病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No chemotherapy and no radiotherapy.
2. Small cell cancer patients.
