研究目的：

本研究拟建立以易筋经为基础，并联合跑台运动和力量训练的个性化运动处方，进而观察其对POP患者疼痛、肌力、平衡、骨密度和骨代谢指标的影响。本研究旨在丰富POP患者运动康复处方的内容和形式，提高该人群的运动康复效果，改善生活质量，为更加科学、精准地服务于健康中国建设提供有力保障。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to establish a personalized exercise prescription based on Yijinjing combined with treadmill exercise and strength training, and then observe its effects on pain, muscle strength, balance, bone mineral density and bone metabolism in patients with pop. The purpose of this study is to enrich the content and form of exercise rehabilitation prescriptions for pop patients, improve the effect of exercise rehabilitation, improve the quality of life, and provide a strong guarantee for more scientific and accurate service to the construction of healthy China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①继发性骨质疏松症及其他原因引起的骨质疏松症
②合并骨结核恶性骨肿瘤等骨疾病者。
③心血管、肝、肾、胃等系统功能严重异常者。
④存在认知功能障碍或精神疾病者。
⑤近3个月接受过药物治疗和规律运动锻炼者。
⑥运动不能耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Secondary osteoporosis and osteoporosis caused by other reasons
② Patients with bone diseases such as bone tuberculosis and malignant bone tumor.
③ Patients with serious abnormalities of cardiovascular, liver, kidney, stomach and other system functions.
④ People with cognitive impairment or mental illness.
⑤ Those who have received drug treatment and regular exercise in recent 3 months.
⑥ Exercise intolerant.
