研究目的：

本研究的目的是构建一个中年正常高值血压人群生活方式干预智能决策支持系统，并测试该决策系统对中年正常高值血压人群血压、生活方式、健康自我管理能力的有效性、可行性和可接受性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to construct an intelligent decision support system for lifestyle intervention in middle-aged population with high-normal blood pressure, and test its effectiveness, feasibility, and acceptability of this decision-making system on blood pressure, lifestyle, and health self-management ability in middle-aged population with high-normal blood pressure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期以及哺乳期女性；
2.继发性血压升高患者；
3.伴心、脑、肾等重要脏器受损者；
4.精神疾病患者；
5.研究期间出现严重并发症或突发身体疾患的人群。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women;
2. Patients with secondary hypertension;
3. People with damaged of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs;
4. A person with mental illness;
5. People with serious complications or sudden physical illness during the study period.
