研究目的:

1.利用动态血糖监测系统观察不同糖代谢状况受试者餐时优先进食蔬菜或进食不同配比模拟蔬菜成分下餐后血糖的差异,寻找蔬菜中改善餐后血糖的有效成分; 2.同步测定血糖和胰岛素,通过粪便样本分析肠道菌群,探讨优先进食蔬菜或相应蔬菜成分改善餐后血糖的可能机制,为糖代谢异常患者的饮食治疗方案提供新的选择及依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Use the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system to observe the difference in postprandial blood glucose of subjects with different glucose metabolism status when eating vegetables or eating different proportions of simulated vegetable ingredients, and find the effective ingredients in vegetables to improve postprandial blood glucose; 2. Simultaneously measure blood sugar and insulin, analyze intestinal flora through fecal samples, and explore the possible mechanism of preferentially eating vegetables or corresponding vegetable components to improve postprandial blood sugar, so as to provide new choices and basis for dietary therapy for patients with abnormal glucose metabolism.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.控制欠佳的糖尿病患者: HbA1c >9.5%;
2.近1个月应用降糖药物治疗者;
3.合并影响糖脂代谢的其他疾病:甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、库欣综合征等;
4.合并严重肝病:如急慢性病毒性肝炎、药物性、免疫性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌等;
5.合并严重胆道疾病:胆道阻塞性疾病等;
6.严重肾脏疾病或严重肾功能受损,定义血肌酐大于2.0mg/dL;或目前合并尿路感染;
7.存在严重健康状况预期寿命不超过5年;
8.已经怀孕或者计划近期内怀孕者;
9.咀嚼功能障碍,不能正常进食者;
10.对部分食物过敏者,或者对酒精或碘酒皮肤过敏者;
11.存在其他情况不能参与完成干预随访者;
12.近4周内参加过其他临床试验;
13.研究者认为不适合参加本研究者;
14.不能签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Poorly controlled diabetic patients: HbA1c >9.5%;
2. Those who have been treated with hypoglycemic drugs in the past 1 month;
3. Combined with other diseases affecting glucose and lipid metabolism: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc.;
4. Complicated with severe liver diseases: such as acute and chronic viral hepatitis, drug-induced, immune hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, etc.;
5. Complicated with severe biliary tract disease: biliary obstructive disease, etc.;
6. Severe renal disease or severe renal impairment, defined as serum creatinine greater than 2.0 mg/dL; or current urinary tract infection;
7. Life expectancy of no more than 5 years with serious health conditions;
8. Those who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant in the near future;
9. Those with masticatory dysfunction and unable to eat normally;
10. Those who are allergic to some foods, or those who are allergic to alcohol or iodine;
11. Those who cannot participate in the completion of the intervention follow-up due to other circumstances;
12. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 4 weeks;
13. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this research;
14. The informed consent form cannot be signed.
