研究目的：

探讨肥胖、抑郁与认知功能的关联及机制，并验证基于问题解决疗法和减肥行为疗法的综合护理对肥胖抑郁老年人认知功能、抑郁症状、体重减轻以及生活质量的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship and mechanism of obesity, depression and cognitive function, and verify the effect of comprehensive care based on problem-solving therapy and weight-loss behavior therapy on cognitive function, depressive symptoms, weight loss and quality of life in obese and depressed elderly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在严重神经系统疾病，脑卒中、脑梗死等；
2. 存在严重的精神障碍者；
3. 过去半年内参加任何认知训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with severe neurological diseases, stroke, cerebral infarction, etc.;
2. People with severe mental disorders;
3. Participating in any cognitive training in the past six months.
